How do the monthly payments work?

After paying the $249 Doc Fee, you will have instant access to the land and your monthly payments will begin 30 days later.

You'll have access to your own account where you can see your balance and payment history, as well as make payments.

What documents will I get to show the land is mine?

Once you make your doc fee payment, we'll draw up the documents and email them to you for your electronic signature.

These documents are proof that you are making payments to own the land.

Can I build on the land?

In order to pull permits for building on the land, the county requires your name to be on the deed.

In the meantime, you are welcome to use it for camping, ATV riding, recreation and other fun activities.
